Centennial Hops used in my wet hop pale ale
Where it started:
Many years ago I had fallen in love with craft beer and its wonderful industry. Visiting local tap rooms, doing tastings at liquor stores, joining brewery tours, you name it I was doing it. I woke up one day and said to myself, “this is something I could see myself doing”. The next week I ordered up a cheap Northern Brewer starter kit and that’s where my brewing passion started. Over the past 5 years I have evolved from doing extract kits, to brew in a bag and now doing full all grain brewing with my own recipes.
As of today I have 14 original recipes that are rotated through my six tap setup. I am currently brewing on a 20 gallon system which consists of a hot liquor tank, SS Brewtech mash tun, Spike custom boil kettle and two wort pumps for transferring/sparging. On the cold side of things I’m using stainless conical fermenters from both SS Brewtech and Spike paired with a glycol system for temp control/cold crashing.
Currently this website is for me to share a dream I have to one day open my own taproom and brewery. I have been looking at some potential shop space to be able to do to-go beers, but nothing set in stone yet. I have gotten amazing support and feedback from friends, family, followers, other brewers, and the beer community. I will be continuing to host tasting events throughout the year. These events will be shared on our Facebook page so make sure you follow that.
My hope is that one day I can share a beer with every single one of you in the BMBC taproom!
Cheers friends!!
