Walleye Chop - Golden Ale
This beer was made to be a summer time crusher! Perfect beer to drink while out fishing for Minnesota Walleyes! At just under 5% ABV it can be consumed all day! It’s made with pale ale malt, carapils, crystal 10L for color and a tiny dose of hops for flavor.Cabin Kolsch - German Kolsch
Traditional German style Kolsch. This is the perfect beer to cool you off after mowing that yard! Comes in just over 5% ABV. Made with German pilsner malt, carapils and a combo of Hersbrucker and Hallertau hops.
You Hefe’n Kidding Me!? - Hefeweizen
This delightful German wheat beer is a true classic with is golden color and slight haze. Wonderful notes of banana and clove shine bright in this one due to the specific yeast stand used. It is made with pilsner malt, white wheat, Munich malt and hopped with Hallertau and lemondrop! Comes in at 5.3% ABV
You Got Some WIT! - Belgian Wit
Traditional Wit style beer brewed with coriander, bitter orange and lemon peel. Soft mouth feel and easy to drink with the perfect amount of citrus and spice. Made with Belgian pilsner malt, white wheat, flaked wheat and Saaz hops. 5.4% ABV
Lemonade Stand (series) - Hard Seltzer
The lemonade stand series has had numerous flavors such as raspberry lemonade, watermelon lemonade and fruit punch. These hard seltzers do not lack in flavor like many of the commercial ones do. I pack these puppies full of fruit and lemonade flavor but still keep the calories and ABV lower. At 5% it drinks just like the rest but be prepared for a flavor explosion.
SMaSH Pale Ale (series) - Single malt & single hop pale ale
Every version of the SMaSH pale ale has been made with 100% golden promise malt. Golden promise offers a sweet and clean wort perfect for hops! We’ve only done two varieties of this one so far (Citra and Azacca). This malty and hoppy beauty comes in at 6% ABV.
Boondocks - Irish Red
The name for this one was inspired by my favorite movie! This beer is packed with malty and caramel flavor and has a beautiful red color. Made with Maris Otter, crystal 45L, roasted barley and a combo of fuggles/challenger hops. Comes in at just over 5% ABV.
Peanut Butter Cup - Chocolate peanut butter milk stout
Currently this his beer only makes an appearance at the end of the year. It’s the perfect sipper for winter time in Minnesota. This treat has the perfect balance of malty flavors, chocolate and peanut butter. Made with maris otter, flaked barley, crystal 80L, carafoam, chocolate malt, lactose, east kent goldings hops, Hershey’s cocoa powder and organic peanut butter oil. Comes in at 5% ABV (possible barrel aged version coming soon)
One Hop This Time - West Coast Style IPA
If you’re a hop head like me, this one is going to be your jam! This classic style single hop IPA is packed full of Mosaic hops and has an IBU rating of 75 (yeah she’s got a bite)! Made with 2 row, Vienna, crystal 40L, crystal 80L, dextrose and mosaic hops! Comes in at 7.5% ABV
Two Hops This Time - West Coast Style IPA
Same cast and characters as the classic above but this one was a double hop version using Mosaic and Citra hops. 72 IBU 7.5% ABV
Coastal Confusion - Hybrid IPA
This beauty offers the best of both worlds! Brewed like a west coast style IPA (89IBU) but dry hopped like a NEIPA. Tons of Citra, Mosaic and Azacca hops make this juice bomb explode with flavor. Drinks soft up front but finishes with a nice back end bitterness. Made with 2-Row, white wheat and Carapils. Comes in at 7.2 ABV
Social Distancing - Hazy NE Style IPA
This one was created at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. This hazy IPA had a nice balance of juicy and bitterness. It was made with 2 row, flaked wheat, flaked oats, carapils, and a combo of citra/mosaic/cascade cryohops. Comes in at 5.7% ABV and 52 IBU
Master Shake - Milkshake IPA (NEIPA)
Master Shake cannot be described as anything but a complete juice bomb! This thing has incredible aroma, unbelievable juicy hop flavor and the color of a glass of orange juice. If you’re a NEIPA or hazy fan this one is for you! Made with pale ale malt, flaked oats, flaked wheat, Carapils, lactose and a combo of Columbus/Simcoe/Amarillo/Mosaic hops. Comes in right around 7% and 58 IBU
